JNANI YOGA
Jacqui's classes explore breath, movement and awareness of the body.
The offering is to experience the asanas at different levels depending on how your body wants to move within the class framework. Physical asanas; standing and floor based postures encourage greater flexibility, strength and stamina. There is a varied pace throughout the class moving between flow and stillness. Towards the
end of the session there is time for breathing techniques and deep relaxation. The effect is generally
calming and energising.



Learn to Listen to Your Body
Take some time to increase awareness of how your body works; show loving kindness towards yourself
and enjoy the greater freedom that arises from this simple practice

ABOUT MY PRACTICE
A Life of Balance
Yoga has been an important part of my life for many years. I have explored different styles in
regular classes, on retreats and through study. As I grew into a deeper understanding of my own
practice I decided to take it further. I completed my teacher training with the Integral Yoga Institute so
that I could have a firm foundation from which to share my passion for yoga with others.
The physical postures (asanas) have shown me how my body can move; I deeply appreciate the greater
strength, flexibility and balance that come from a regular practice. I’ve experienced the power of the
breath and realise how fundamental it is to health and wellbeing; how calming and energising the
breathing practices can be.
